L'adénome trabéculaire se dispose en travées radiaires ou concentriques, de une ou plusieurs cellules d'épaisseur. L'adénome acineux et acinotrabéculaire comprend des cordons plus larges et irréguliers, dans lesquels les éléments se regroupent en rosettes autour d'une petite cavité.
